Product reviews for Quad Vena II

I have the model 1 Vena but have heard the Model II also. I use mine regularly and with a separate phono preamp but the model II has a preamp built in. I like the Bluetooth which works reliably with an iPad or laptop. I put my TV through it to the digital optical input and it sings. Also run a CD player through digital. They have improved the DAC in model II but to be honest the DAC in the first model was very good also. I paid extra for a black finish and it does not attract the dust, and the Quad speakers S1's or S2's are similar dust free and sound incredible. This unit has to be some of the best value for an audio unit. There is a 'Play version which does streaming too.
