Shipping:

Mailorder is a thriving part of our business with many thousands of satisfied customers in the last 30 years. Order online or just call our dedicated sales line on 020 8930 9933 or e-mail us.

We use Interlink Express (DPD) for our next day UK deliveries and Royal Mail Packet Post for smaller items.  

Most Hi-Fi products are supplied Post Free although there are one or two brands with no “Click to Buy” function.  These brands only available in store but of course can be delivered to your home by our own staff. 

All parcels sent overwater (including N.I., Channel Islands, IOW and IoMan) and the Highlands & Islands carry an additional surcharge of £7.00 per parcel – even on “Post Free” shipping! 

Please note: Due to the recent withdrawal form the EU, we are no longer able to ship products outside of the UK 

Most items carry our full 2 year guarantee (vision 1 year).  Should your purchase prove to be faulty please contact us so that we may arrange uplift on larger items. Items should be returned in their original packaging and heavier items should be double boxed. In all cases please contact us first. Many operational errors can be diagnosed over the telephone, so please do call first.

Returns and Refunds:

Harrow Audio adhears to the Distance Selling regualtions which covers all Mail Order and Online sales. 

If you wish to return a faulty item or an item under warranty please contact us first. We will require a full explanation of the fault/issue and the item will be fully inspected and the fault confirmed once it is received back. All return items are sent back to the Harrow Store.

For hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones may not be returned if they have been used. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging, with all neccesary accessories, packaging and instructions. We cannot guarantee the safety of equipment returned without the original box and packing. 

Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to bespoke, unique, or special ordered items.

We can offer a loan service to local customers, or customers who are prepared to travel to collect items from store. If you are unsure a particular product is right for you, then please do talk to us first. 

All items received back without a confirmed fault will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee if a refund is required.
