Wendover Opening times

From 1st November 2021 the Wendover office will be by appointment only.

We have seen a shift in consumer shopping habits which has made us re-think our core service. More and more people are shopping online and although we see this as a positive, we want to offer a different, more customer focused service from our stores.

The Harrow Shop (or HQ as it is known to staff) runs the website, stock and mail order as well as being a traditional Hi-fi store. Wendover being smaller and tucked away off the High street means we do not have the footfall or passing trade as a regular shop. What the recent lockdowns have taught us is our time is better spent taking equipment to people or having specific items here ready and waiting for booked demonstrations.

It doesn't mean that Mark won't be at the Wendover office if you happen to be passing, but we encourage you to contact us first before taking a trip over. If a Grey VW van (or occasionally a Red 80's BMW!) is outside, feel free to come in for a chat or look around.

What it means going forward is, if you would prefer not to travel but still want to audition new equipment, then we may be able to accommodate a home visit.
